Music production has always been my passion. It has allowed me to explore different talents and production technologies. I am familiar with the different components of the process and understand them well. LA Music production usually involves six stages, and they are:- Songwriting
- Arranging
- Tracking
- Editing
- Mixing
- Mastering
Songwriting usually isn't necessary for background scores, but it is an interesting aspect of the process. I have worked as a writer on a few projects and songwriting is always an interesting challenge. I would welcome the opportunity to work on more projects in the field.
TV Production
TV production is an involved process and requires a lot of skill. A producer needs to oversee all aspects of the project from scriptwriting to final editing. He is responsible for the smooth operation of everyday shooting and makes sure all staff members are on the same page.A television producer also needs to have experience with creating a series of episodes instead of working on one big project. Such a task requires a different approach and skill level. Different episodes often have different scriptwriters, actors, extras, and staff members. They can also be shot in different locations and have their own budget. For example, a finale episode may have a bigger budget than a regular one.
A good TV producer must know how to maintain production quality and plot consistency throughout the series of episodes. I have worked on a few projects over the years and have ample experience with them.
Film Production
Film production is different from TV production. The bigger project takes more time and producers often must manage more resources. Multiple scriptwriters, actors, technicians, editors, and producers work on film production, which means you need to have great communication skills to succeed.I have worked on a few movie production projects and understand the process well. My experience in the field does not just give me an additional skillset but also helps me become a better actor. I understand what goes on behind the scenes and what producers need from their actors. I do my best to be a productive member of the team as an actor or producer.
